1. Promotion Overview

• 1.1. Om Tribe Experience (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organized by Caribbean Seaside Corporation N.V. on behalf of the hotel property known as Palmaïa - The House of AïA (hereafter referred to as “Palmaïa”) and is open for participation to eligible individuals.

• 1.2. The Promotion offers participants the opportunity to organize a group wellness trip to Palmaïa – The House of AïA, and upon successfully booking a minimum of six (6) guests for a minimum stay of four (4) nights each, the organizer will be entitled to stay four (4) nights without charge at Palmaïa.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• 2.2. The group organizer must subscribe as the “Group Leader” before December 15th, 2023, using the provided subscription channels.

• 2.3. The group must include at least six participants, excluding the organizer, to be eligible for the Promotion.

3. Booking and Redemption Process

• 3.1. The registration period for the Promotion begins October 9, 2023 and ends December 15th, 2023.

• 3.2. Upon assembling the complete group, the organizer must contact Palmaïa by calling the provided call center number or sending an email to [email protected] with the names of the participants in the group.

• 3.3. The complimentary stay for the organizer is subject to a maximum of four nights, single occupancy. In the event the organizer wishes to travel with a guest and stay in a double occupancy room, the double occupancy rate will be discounted by fifty percent (50%).

• 3.4. The complimentary stay does not include expenses such as flights, transfers, or other services not explicitly specified in the Promotion.

• 3.5. Reservations for the complimentary stay must be made directly through Palmaïa's call center team or by email to [email protected]

• 3.6. In the event that one or more participants cancels their reservation prior to arrival, and the total number of guests drops below the minimum required six (6) guests for a minimum of four (4) nights, the Group Leader will be charged in full for his or her room. If the participants stay at Palmaia for longer than four (4) nights and the Group Leader wishes to extend his or her stay beyond the complimentary four (4) nights, Group Leader shall be charged in full by Palmaia for those additional nights.

4. Stay Details

• 4.1. The stay can be scheduled anytime between the booking confirmation date and September 20th, 2024, subject to availability at Palmaïa.

5. Perks for Group

• 5.1. The group and the organizer may be entitled to special perks, including complimentary round-trip transfers from the airport to the resort, late check-out, early check-in*, and the dedicated AïA Host service for personalized attention throughout the stay.

6. General

• 6.1. Palmaïa reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may affect the execution of the Promotion.

• 6.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• 6.3. The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• 6.4. Participants are responsible for complying with all relevant travel and health requirements for the trip duration.

• 6.5. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow Palmaïa to use their names, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Promotion.

• 6.6. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Participants must regularly check for updates on the Palmaïa website or official communication channels.

• 6.7. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curacao, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

• 6.8. The courts sitting in Curacao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion or these terms and conditions.

• 6.9. The terms and conditions for the Om Tribe Experience promotion are in addition to the general hotel terms and conditions applicable to all guests of Palmaia, available at https://thehouseofaia.com/terms-conditions. By staying at Palmaia, you agree to adhere to and be bound by all terms and conditions and hotel rules applicable to all hotel guests.
